212 Default Settings for List & Report Output
To set the default setting for relay originator report
When this equipment is setup as a relay originator, the report of the transmission to the
relay stations is output.
1. Select "05. RELAY ORIGINATOR
REPORT" using the or but-
ton and press the [ENTER] button.
2. Select the output setting using the
or button and press the
[ENTER] button.
[1.ALWAYS]:
To always print a report whenever a
document is transmitted.
[2.ON ERROR]:
To only print a report when an error
has occurred.
[3.OFF]:
To not print a report automatically.
* Default for North America: [2.ON
ERROR]
Default for Europe: [1.ALWAYS]
3. To print the first page image of the Fax
document on report, select "2. ON"
and press the [ENTER] button.
y Select "1. OFF" if this option is not
required.
* Default: [2.ON]

destinations is output.
1. Select "06. RELAY STATION
REPORT" using the or but-
ton and press the [ENTER] button.
2. Select the output setting using the
or button and press the
[ENTER] button.
[1.ALWAYS]:
To always print a report.
[2.ON ERROR]:
To only print a report when an error
has occurred.
[3.OFF]:
To not print a report automatically.
