3.20 Log Utilities
3.20.1 Function Description
This function logs error information generated while a test is in progress and stores the
results in RAM. This function can also store data on a floppy disk or output the data to a
display or a printer.
If the power switch is turned off, the error information will be lost. The error information is
displayed in the following order:
1. Error count (CNT)
2. Test name, Subtest number (TS-No)
3. Pass count (PASS)
4. Error status code (STS)
5. FDD/HDD or memory address (ADDR)
6. Write data (WD)
7. Read data (RD)
8. HDC status code (HSTS)
9. Error status name (ERROR STATUS NAME)
