4. Choose Printer Specific Options. The printer option menus
appear (fig. 6.4).

5. Use the right scroll bar to locate the option; then, use the
option’s drop down menu to select its setting. Repeat to
configure other printer options.
6. Click Save Settings to save the Print dialog box settings as the
defaults for all jobs sent to the selected printer.
7. Click Print to send the file to the printer.
Selecting PPD Options (Windows 95 and 98)
To configure a printer feature from the Print dialog box
1. Install and configure the AdobePS printer driver and your
printer’s PPD following the instructions in chapter 4.
2. Choose File: Print. The Print dialog box appears.
