Control Panel Error Messages
Phaser® 6128MFP Multifunction Printer

RAM Disk Full
Press OK Button
RAM disk memory is full and cannot continue processing the current
print job.
Press the OK button to clear the message, cancel the current print job,
and conduct the next print job, if any.
Press the Cancel button to cancel the print job.
Press the Left Arrow button to open the Walk-Up Features menu and
delete the current job.
To avoid this error in the future, do the following:
Reduce the number of print pages, such as splitting the print data.
Increase free memory space by deleting unnecessary data in the
RAM disk.
Non-Xerox Toner
Invalid XXX
Incorrect toner. Replace with a Xerox XXX toner cartridge.
Waste Full
XXX Cartridge
The waste container in the XXX toner cartridge is full.
Replace the XXX toner cartridge.
XXX Low The XXX toner cartridge is running low.
Replace XXX cartridge soon.
Restart Printer
NNN-NNN
Error NNN-NNN relates to printer problems.
Turn the printer off and then on.
If the error continues, refer to the Xerox Support website,
www.xerox.com/office/6128MFPsupport

Restart Printer
Additional memory is not installed correctly or is not working correctly
due to damage or malfunction.
Reinstall the additional memory.

Restart Printer
An unsupported additional memory is installed.
Replace the specified additional memory.
Tray Empty The tray is out of paper, or the specified paper could not be detected
in the tray.
Fill the tray with the indicated size, direction, and type of paper. See
Loading Paper in the Paper Tray on page 48.
Tray is pulled out.
Set Tray into the correct position.
SMB Login Error
031-522
Incorrect login or password.
Ensure the information in the address book is correct.
SMB Error
Server Not Found
031-528
Incorrect IP address in the address book.
Verify the SMB server IP address or DNS name is accurate.
Invalid Share Name
031-525
Shared folder name is incorrect or does not exist. Share permissions
are not set correctly on shared folder.
