90 FAN_TACHOIN Fan Tachometer Input – This signal provides the speed (or tachometer)
input from the fan.
92 FAN_PWMOUT Fan Speed Control Out – This output signal uses the Pulse Width
Modulation (PWM) technique to control the fan's RPM.
48 WDTRIG
Watch Dog Trigger Input – This signal provides a watchdog (WDT)
trigger signal to the system.
49 SLP_S3* S3 (Suspend to RAM) Sleep Control – Signal shuts off power to all non-
critical systems when in S3, S4, or S5 states
32 SUS_STAT* Suspend Status – This signal indicates the system will be entering a low
power state soon.
14, 20 5V_SB
+5 Volt Standby – Additional suspend voltage. If power supply does not
provide standby voltage, connect this pin to VCC (+5V).
