EPL-N1200 is a PostScript
®
-compatible, 600-dpi
laser printer that uses EPSON’s latest quality-enhancement and
energy-efficiency technologies to print crisp, clean output at up
to 12 pages per minute. The built-in EPSONScript
Level 2
interface lets you print any document formatted for PostScript
output, including professional graphics formats and special
effects.
Your printer offers a variety of interface options that allow
you to connect up to four different computers or network
interfaces simultaneously. In addition, you can change the
printer’s emulation mode from the standard PostScript to
Hewlett-Packard
®
LaserJet 4
Plus (PCL5e) or four other modes
to give you maximum flexibility.
The parallel C interface lets you connect the printer to an ECP
port on your computer, for even faster printing under
Microsoft
®
Windows
®
95.
Easy-to-use software for Windows (3.1, 95, or NT 3.51) or
MS-DOS
®
makes it easy to adjust printer settings, even when
you’re controlling the printer from a remote location on a
network. And if the printer is right at your desk, you can
change additional settings using the printer’s control panel.
You can also install a variety of optional equipment in your
printer to enhance its operation, such as extra paper cassettes,
additional printer memory, and serial and network interfaces.
