HCI unit explanation

Each sensor is turned on/off according
to the rotating position of the remaining
paper detection gear and since this is
linked with the up/down position of the
up/down plate, the remaining paper
quantity in the HCI can be determined
by monitoring the on/off of each sensor.
The remaining paper quantity detected
with the four sensors is displayed on the
MFP display.
