" Opening/closing front cover (COVER OPEN)
When the front cover is required to open for some reasons including removing the film jams, follow the procedure
below to open and close it.
(1) Touch [COVER OPEN] on the maintenance menu
screen.
The confirm message will appear.
(2) Touch [OK].
The front cover will unlock after a while when the message of
"NOW COVER OPENING PLEASE WAIT" appears.
(3) Pull the left side of the front cover toward you to
open it.
(4) In order to close the front cover, press the upper
and lower part of the front cover, and confirm that
you hear a click.
While the front cover is open, the screen shown on the lower-
right appears.
When the front cover is closed, the maintenance menu screen
re-appears.

NOTE
The front cover has locks at the upper and lower
parts of the left of the cover.
