7.11.3 Deleting documents from a confidential user box
Perform following procedure to delete documents from a confidential user
box.
Deleting documents
You can collectively delete documents from confidential user box in the util-
ity mode.
1 Press [Box] on the control panel.
2 Select the [Public User Box] tab, and then select a box specified as
[Confidential User Box].
3 When the password is set, enter the password in the screen displayed
and press [OK].
– Up to 8 digits can be entered for the password.
4 Select the confidential box no. using or and then press [De-
lete].
The document held in the designated confidential box will be deleted.

To interrupt operation, press [Close].
