Printing a Sample of Data on the Reports
For reference purposes, the machine prints the first few inches of the fax
message on the following reports.

❐ Polling Clear Report
❐ Communication Failure Report
❐ Transfer Result Report
❐ Polling Confirmation List
The procedure to switch this feature on or off is as follows (see page 168 if you
need more information about the User Parameter settings adjustment procedure).

The settings for switch 00 are now
shown on the bottom line of the display.
3. Press until the settings for switch 04 are
shown.
The setting you need to use is digit 7.
4. If you wish to change the setting, press 7
on the ten keypad.

1: This feature is on
5. Finish: Yes and Function.
