1. First, start the printer in download mode.
NOTE: Centronics interface ACK/BUSY timing is different between “DOWNLOAD MODE” and
“DOWNLOAD MODE 2”. If data cannot be downloaded in “DOWNLOAD MODE”, choose
“DOWNLOAD MODE 2” and retry downloading.

Power off
[FEED] or

RESTART

While pressing the [FEED], [PAUSE],
and [RESTART] keys at the same time,
turn on the printer.
