You see windows like these:
After you click the
Properties
button, you see the EPSON
Stylus Scan 2000 Properties window:
Click Setup...
then click Properties.
make sure your printer is selected...
Choose between faster
printing or better quality.
Make sure this setting matches
the paper you’re using.
This box shows
you the current
settings.
Choose color, unless you’re
printing in black only.

Automatic.
