5-13. E-Mail Notification Configuration
This sets a function for notifying the machine status, errors, etc., by E-Mail. Password input is necessary to
configure settings.
zFor details on the E-Mail notice function, refer to the copier User's Guide.
zIn order to alter any of the fields that follow, a password is required. The default password for Web Utilities is "key
operator password".
To access the E-Mail Notification Configuration page, follow these steps:
1 Open the Network Setup Page.
2 From the top menu, select E-Mail Notification Configuration page. The E-Mail Notifica-
tion Configuration page opens.
3 Enter the following items.
Enable E-Mail Notification
E-Mail Notification Address
No Paper
Toner Stop
Paper Jam
Operator Attention
PM Required
Fatal Error
Stapler Empty
Dispose of waste full
