Touch the
[Password]
key and input the password necessary for logging on to the FTP server.
● When [anonymous] is selected for the [Login], input the sender’s address as the [Password]. Password
input cannot be omitted.
zUp to 31 alphanumerics and symbols can be input as the [Password]. Password is displayed with “*”
10 Touch the [OK] key.
→ The display returns to the [FTP registration/edit] screen.
11 If necessary, touch [PASV mode] or [Proxy] key for settings.
zFor details regarding [PASV mode] and [Proxy], please ask your administrator.
12 Touch the [Port No.] key.
This specifies the Port No. used by the FTP server.
There is normally no need to change this.
→ The [Port No. input] screen is displayed.
13 Input the port number with the [0] - [9] key.
● Changing the port number improperly can create obstructions on the network. Do not change the port
number without instructions from the network administrator.
zThe [Port No.] can be up to five characters.
z“21” and “00021” will be counted as a same value.
14 Touch the [OK] key.
→ The display returns to the [FTP registration/edit] screen.
