Chapter 8 Key Operator Settings
Search character default
This sets the default character for beginning searches on the [Address select] screen.
zThe factory default is set to [None].
1 Select [Search character default] in [Initial setting] screen for scanner mode.
When you touch the [ ] or [ ] key, the selection item is switched.
zFor details on the procedure for displaying the [Initial setting] screen, refer to [Switching the Key Operator Mode]
( Page 190).
2 Touch the [EDIT] key, then change the setting.
Each time you touch the [EDIT] key, the setting is switched.
A → D → G → J → M → P → T → W → No.etc. → None
3 Touch the [RETURN] key.
From now on, the copier operates with these settings.
