Chapter 6 Using the Scanner Functions
E-Mail message body list screen
zUp to 10 E-Mail message bodies can be registered.
zE-Mail message body is used commonly with the Internet fax function.
1 Use the [ ] [ ] and [ ] [ ] keys to select the body.
→ The selected body is displayed inverted.
zThe body is selected with [ ] [ ].
zSwitch the page with [ ] [ ].
2 Touch the [Default] on the control panel to select the body to be displayed as the default.
→ “*” is displayed next to the body selected as the default.
3 Touch the [EDIT] or [ERASE] key.

When you touch the [EDIT] key, the [Data Input] screen is displayed. When
[ERASE]
key is
touched, the selected body is deleted.
4 Use the character keys to input the body.
zUp to 254 alphanumerics and symbols can be input as the [Body].
For details on character input, refer to [3-1. Inputting Text] ( Page 16).
5 Touch the [OK] key.
→ The display returns to the [Message body list] screen.
6 Touch the [BACK] key.
→ The [Registration/Edit Menu] screen is displayed.
