3. TWO PAGE PRINT
Prints two copies of a received document automatically. This feature eliminates the need for
making copies of the document after printing.
6. CLOSED NETWORK
Limits the parties from which you can receive a document to only those registered for One Touch
Dial, Speed Dial, and Phone Book. When this feature is turned ON, you can no longer receive a
document from any party that has not been registered in One Touch Dial, Speed Dial, or Phone
Book. This provides a meaning of controlling reception of documents through the fax machine.
8. FOOTER
Prints on each page of the received document the name, date, time, communication number and
page number of the received document. By printing an Activity Report using the Session number,
you can identify where the document came from. This feature provides a means of controlling
reception of documents through the fax machine.
