•
One Touch Dial, Speed Dial, or Phone Book may be used to select the destinations.
•
If the destination has already been registered, the following message is displayed
“DUPLICATE SETTING”.

Specifying the parties Using One Touch Dial
•
Press the "One Touch" key that is registered with the destination you want to register for
Group Dial.
•
For example:To specify One Touch Dial 04 for Group Dial 01: Press "One Touch" key
04,the Message Display shows the party registered in "One Touch" key 04, indicating
that it has been selected for Group Dial 01.

Press the "Yes" key if the party has been correctly specified.
The Message Display now prompts you to specify the next party.

Selecting the Destinations Using Speed Dial.
•
Press the Speed Dial key and from the Keypad enter the Speed Dial number that is
registered with the destination you want to register for Group Dial.
•
For example:To specify Speed Dial 23 for Group Dial 01: Press ‘2’ and ‘3’ of
the Keypad.
•
The Message Display shows the destination registered in Speed Dial 23,
indicating that it has been selected for Group Dial 01.

Press the "Yes" key if the destination has been correctly selected.
•
The Message Display now prompts you to select the next desitnation.
•
If you want to continue selecting destinations for Group Dial using Speed Dial,
repeat steps 14 and 15.

Selecting Destinations Using Phone Book (List).
Search for the party you want for Group Dial in the “Phone Book” List.

Check that List is selected, and then press the "Yes" key.

Using the "Left" or "Right Arrow" keys, search for the destination you want.

Press the "Start" key.
The Message Display now shows the destination you select, indicating that it has been
specified for Group Dial 01.

Press the "Yes" key if the party has been correctly selected.
•
The Message Display now prompts you to select the next party, or you can press "Start"
key to complete this registration.
•
To continue selecting destinations using Phone Book, repeat steps 16 through 20.
