Setting of RX Operations

Closed Network RX
If Closed Network RX is set to ON, you only can receive a document from any party registered in
One Touch Dial, Speed Dial and Phone Book.
Closed Network RX provides a means of controlling machine communications and avoiding
unnecessary direct mail.

Press the "Program" key 5 times.
The display changes to the RX OPERATION.

Press ‘6’ of the Keypad.
The display now changes to Closed Network mode.

Press the "Left" or "Right Arrow" keys to turn ON or OFF the CLOSED NETWORK RX
function.

Check that the setting has been made correctly, then press the "Yes" key.

This completes the setting for CLOSED NETWORK RX.

Press the Panel Reset key.

The initial screen is displayed.
Footer
Footer prints the date, time, reception control number and page number of the local machine on the
received document.
By printing an Activity Report using the session number, you can identify where the document
came from, when it came in and how many pages it was. The footer appears at the bottom of each
page in a document.
Setting Up the Footer

Press the "Program" key 5 times.
The display changes to the RX OPERATION.

Press “8” of the keypad.
The display now changes to the Footer mode.

Press the "Left" or "Right Arrow" keys to turn ON or OFF the Footer function.

Check that the setting has been made correctly, then press the "Yes" key.

This completes the setting for Footer.
