The display prompts you to input the fax number of this Speed Dial. Use the Keypad to
input the fax number.For example: 12345

If you need to enter SUB address, press the “Down Arrow” key. Enter the SUB address
and then press the "Yes" key.

Press "Yes" key to the next procedure: Set the Name
Setting the Name

Using the One-Touch keys, enter the name of the destination.
•
A name can consist of up to 20 characters.
•
If a wrong name has been entered, press “Left Arrow” key. The cursor position moves
back one position. Enter the correct name.

Press the "No/Clear" key to clear the entry, the message display returns to the
previous display to enter the name again.

Check your data entry and press the "Yes" key to validate the name setting.
Setting Modem Speed

Normally, there is no need to change this setting. But in some instances, where telephone
line connections are very poor quality, setting the modem speed to low will increase the
chance of effective communication. In this case, use "Left" or "Right Arrow" keys to select
33.6Kbps, 14.4Kbps or 9.6Kbps.

Check the setting, if it is correct, press "Yes" key to validate the modem speed setting.

This completes the registration of One Touch Dial or Speed Dial.
Printing Telephone Number List

When you have completed programming otherdestinations for One Touch Dial and Speed
Dial, the machine can print a Telephone Number List showing the results of programming.

Press the “Report” key 3 times.

Press the "Yes" key.

Press Report key 5 times for ONE TOUCH LIST or 6 times for SPEED DIAL LIST.

Press the "Yes" key.

One Touch List or Speed Dial List will print.
•
Check that the contents of the registered destinations are correct according to the list.
