Machine Settings
Setting AUTO RESET
This function allows the machine to go back to initial mode automatically, when
the machine is idle in copy operation mode or fax operation mode for a time
period.

Press the "Program" key.
The message MACHINE SETTING appears.

Press “1” on the keypad.
Then a message appears briefly to confirm your selection.

Press the "Left" and "Right Arrow" keys to select ON or OFF as the default
setting.

Then press the "Yes" key.

If you select ON, the display prompt the message for you to select the
reset time interval (minutes).
•
Press the "Left" or "Right Arrow" keys to select the desired interval.
•
Then press the "Yes" key to accept this selection.

The MACHINE SETTING appears again, press the "No/Clear" key back to
initiate state.
Setting POWER SAVE Mode
This function allows the user to set their fax unit to automatically enter the power
saving mode at a specific time.

Press the "Program" key then the message MACHINE SETTING appears.

Press “2” on the keypad.

Then a message appears to confirm your selection.
•
The setting of POWER OFF would make the different message appear.

Enter the time period you wish the machine to enter the Power Save Mode (1-120
minutes).

Press the "Yes" key to accept the value entered.

Press the "No/Clear" key to return to the initial state.
