Group Dial
Destinations registered for One Touch Dial, Speed Dial, and Phone Book can be registered as a
Group in a Group Dial key. Up to 27 Groups can be registered. Each Group can contain up to 50
destinations. For this registration, Combination Dial can be used.
If you frequently send the same document to multiple destinations, register these destinations in a
Group Dial to enable transmission to the entire Group using a single key.
All of One-Touch keys can be used for Group Dial.
Registering Group Dial

Press the "Program" key 3 times.
The display shows the message "DIAL REGISTRATION?

Press ‘3’ of the Keypad.

Press a One-Touch key, which you want to register the group in.

For example: Using the "One Touch" key 17

If a Group has already been registered for the "One Touch" key, the message
“REGISTERED! HELP? is displayed..
•
To correct or delete the registered contents, press the "No/Clear" key to select EDIT/
DEL.

If you do not want to change the registered contents, press the "Yes" key to select
“KEEP”. The display returns to the display of step 3.

To correct the registered contents, press the "Left" or "Right Arrow" keys to select EDIT
and press the "Yes" key.

When you want to delete the registered contents, press the "Left" or "Right Arrow" keys
to select DELETE and press the "Yes" key.

The Group registered in One Touch Dial key is deleted and the display is changed.

To correct the registered name, press the "No/Clear" key to delete the name you want to
correct.

Using the One-Touch keys, enter the name of the group. A name can consist of up to 20
characters.

If a wrong character has been entered, press Left Arrow key. The cursor position moves
back one position. Enter the correct character.

Check the group name entered and, if it is correct, press the "Yes" key to validate the group
name setting.

Specify the destinations you want to register into that group.
