(2) Using Speed Dial to Specify Destinations

Press the "Speed Dial" key.

From the keypad, enter the Speed Dial number in which the receiving party has been
registered.
For example: To select Speed Dial 23 for Broadcast 001.
1. Press "Speed Dial" key,
2. Then press ‘2’ and ‘3’ of the Keypad.(Without pressing "Yes" key)
The Message Display shows the destination registered in Speed Dial 23, indicating
that it has been selected for Broadcast 001.

Press the "Yes" key if the party has been correctly selected.
•
The Message Display now prompts you to select the next receiving destination.
•
If you select an incorrect destination, pressing the "No/Clear" key cancels this
destination in the broadcast. The previous screen reappears.
•
If you want to continue selecting receiving destinations using Speed Dial, repeat steps 2
and 3.
(3) Using Phone Book (List) to Specify Destinations

Press the "Phone Book" key.

Press the Left or Right Arrow key to select "LIST", then press the "Yes" key.

Using the UP or Down Arrow key search for the receiving destination you want to select.

When the desired destination is displayed, press the "Start" key.
The Message Display now shows the receiving party you chose, indicating that it has been
selected for Broadcast 001.

Press the "Yes" key if the party has been correctly selected.
•
The Message Display now prompts you to select the next receiving destination.
•
If you select an incorrect destination, pressing the "No/Clear" key will cancel the
inclusion of this destination in the broadcast.
•
If you want to continue selecting the receiving destinations using Phone Book, repeat
steps 1 to 5.
(4) Using Phone Book (Search) to Specify Destinations
