Follow the suggested actions in the order in which they are listed in the Action column until the problem is
solved.
See Chapter 7 “Parts listing, RS210 Types 6531, 6532, 6533, and 6534” on page 175 to determine which
components are customer replaceable units (CRU) and which components are eld replaceable units (FRU).
If an action step is preceded by “(Trained service technician only),” that step must be performed only by
a trained service technician.
Memory uncorrectable error detected
for DIMM One of the DIMMs on
Memory Subsystem One of the
DIMMs.
Error A memory uncorrectable
error has occurred.
1. If the server failed the POST
memory test, reseat the
DIMMs.
2. Replace any DIMM that is
indicated by a lit error LED.
Note: You do not have to
replace DIMMs by pairs.
3. Run the Setup utility to enable
all the DIMMs.
4. Run the DSA memory test.
Memory Logging Limit Reached for
DIMM One of the DIMMs on Memory
Subsystem One of the DIMMs.
Error The memory logging limit
has been reached.
1. Update the server rmware to
the latest level.
Important: Some cluster
solutions require specic code
levels or coordinated code
updates. If the device is part
of a cluster solution, verify
that the latest level of code
is supported for the cluster
solution before you update the
code.
2. Reseat the DIMMs and run the
DSA memory test.
3. Replace any DIMM that is
indicated by a lit error LED.
Memory DIMM Conguration Error
for One of the DIMMs on Memory
Subsystem One of the DIMMs.
Error
A DIMM conguration error
has occurred.
Make sure that DIMMs are
installed in the correct sequence
and have the same size, type,
speed, and technology.
Memory uncorrectable error detected
for DIMM n Status on Memory
Subsystem DIMM n Status.(n =DIMM
number)
Error A memory uncorrectable
error has occurred.
