Using the NEBS-Compliant Dual-Connector Posts
To ground the CVX 600 chassis using the NEBS-compliant dual-connector posts,
follow these steps:
Note: In addition to the grounding location shown in the following
section, the AC chassis option also contains an identical grounding
location in the upper right corner of the rear of the chassis. Either location
may be used.
Step Action
1 Locate a suitable ground cable at your facility.
2 On the back of the chassis, locate the posts with the ground symbol.
3 Remove the #8 locking nuts, using a 11/32-inch nut driver to loosen the nuts.
4 Remove the connector assembly from the posts if you are using a ground
cable with a NEBS-compliant ground fitting.
