Are the original sheets curled or folded too much?
Flatten and reset the originals.
Are different-size originals placed together?
Set only one-size originals.
Is the gap between the aligning plate and the feed roller too large?
Adjust the gap.
Is the separation pad stained?
Clean the separation pad.
