Multi-Communication Report This report is printed automatically after sending documents or
receiving documents from more than one location.
NOTE: The list you have set to print out automatically will not
print out when there is no paper loaded or a paper jam has
occurred.
HINT: For a full list of the reports available, refer to Chapter 9 -
System Setup, page 9-9.
Printing Reports
Press [Reports] on the control panel.
The display shows the first menu; MSG. CONFIRM.
Press [Reports] repeatedly until you find the list you want to
print, then press [Select].
The selected list will be printed out.
