2. Run the ScanToPC Program
Ensure the ScanToPC program is running.
Click the Windows [Start] button then select Programs >
Xerox WorkCentre Pro 412 > ScanToPC.
3. Press the Copy/Fax/Scan Key
Copy/Fax/Scan Key Select Key
Ensure that the LCD displays
‘READY TO SCAN’.
If not, press the [Copy/Fax/
Scan] key on the control
panel repeatedly until ‘SCAN
MODE’ displays in the bottom
line of the LCD, then press
[Select].
