Setting System Data Options
Use the instructions below to set the System Data options to
the required settings:
Press [Menu/Exit] on the control panel. The display shows
the first menu; SYSTEM DATA.
The display shows the first system data option menu
‘PAPER SIZE’ in the bottom line.
Scroll through the options by pressing or
repeatedly.
When the option you want appears on the display, press
[Select].
Choose the required status by pressing or
repeatedly.
When the required status appears, press [Select].
You can exit from setup mode at any time by pressing
[Menu/Exit] or [Stop].
Menu/Exit returns to the previous menu level. Stop returns to
Standby mode.
Send From Memory When enabled, all fax transmission documents are automatically
scanned into memory. It will not be necessary to wait until
documents in the Automatic Document Feeder are sent before
you can send or store other fax jobs.
Local ID When enabled, the WorkCentre Pro 412 automatically prints the
page number and date and time of reception at the bottom of
each page of a received document.
Clock Mode You can configure your machine to display time using either a
12-hour or 24-hour format.
