Original Type
Use this option to choose the setting for the original type you
want to scan.
Press [Original Type] on the control panel to display the
current setting.
Press [Original Type] repeatedly to change the setting.
Press [Select] to save the selection.
Original Type Options
Text Use to scan documents containing mostly text.
Mixed Use to scan documents with mixed text and graphics.
Photo Use when the originals are photographs.
