6. Close the Multi-Purpose Feeder (if open)
and open and close the front cover of the
printer to reset the printer and remove the
“Paper Feed Jam” message.
The display should return to “Ready” and
the printer will be ready to resume printing.
1. If paper was fed from the Multi-Purpose
Feeder, remove all paper from the feeder.
Paper Path Jam
A “Paper Path Jam” message indicates that paper has jammed between the toner cartridge and the
paper exit area. Paper Path Jams can be cleared as follows:
