The Custom Page Sizes section of Page Setup brings up the following window:
This section allows the definition of custom page sizes for the document. Note that all non-
standard paper sizes must be fed through the Multi-Purpose Feeder (Tray 1) of the printer.
To define a new paper size, click the New button. The following window will appear:
