Command Description
name <1-32
characters>
Defines the name of the group, up to a maximum of 32 characters.
model
usm|snmpv1|snmpv2
Selects the security model to be used.
del Deletes the View-based Access Control entry.
cur Displays the View-based Access Control configuration.
SNMPv3 Group configuration
Command: /cfg/sys/ssnmp/snmpv3/group
[SNMPv3 vacmSecurityToGroup 1 Menu]
model - Set security model
uname - Set USM user name
gname - Set group name
del - Delete vacmSecurityToGroup entry
cur - Display current vacmSecurityToGroup configuration

Defines the security model.
uname <1-32
characters>
Sets the user name as defined in /cfg/sys/ssnmp/snmpv3/usm/name. The user
name can have a maximum of 32 characters.
gname <1-32
characters>
Configures the name for the access group as defined in
/cfg/sys/ssnmp/snmpv3/access/name. The group name can have a maximum
of 32 characters.
del Deletes the vacmSecurityToGroup entry.
cur Displays the current vacmSecurityToGroup configuration.
SNMPv3 Community Table configuration
Command: /cfg/sys/ssnmp/snmpv3/comm
[SNMPv3 snmpCommunityTable 1 Menu]
index - Set community index
name - Set community string
uname - Set USM user name
tag - Set community tag
del - Delete communityTable entry
cur - Display current communityTable configuration
This command is used for configuring the community table entry. The configured entry is stored in the community table
list in the SNMP engine. This table is used to configure community strings in the Local Configuration Datastore (LCD)
of SNMP engine.
