ERROR CODE E5030 Copper plate wear exceeds limit. step=XX.
(Servo spot weld gun only)
The copper backing plate wear exceeds the copper plate wear limit (AUX 1029). The
error is detected when the gun executes a weld.
⇒
Replace the copper backing plate.

ERROR CODE E5031 Weld completion signal is not turned off.
This error occurs when the weld completion and weld initiate signals are high (ON) at
the same time for three seconds.
⇒
Change the weld complete signal to a pulsed signal with a duration of less than three
seconds.
⇒
Set the weld complete signal OFF using the rising-edge-trigger in the welding instruc-
tion.

ERROR CODE E5032 Calibration did not end normally.
(Servo spot weld gun only)
During calibration operation after a gun change calibration is aborted.
Main causes include:
1. E-stop condition.
2. Changing modes during calibration.

Reset the error and perform a manual gun change.
