ERROR CODE E1045 Gun-clamp Mismatch.
(Spot weld specifications type B)
Spot weld is not selected in AUX 0605-1 when a servo spot weld gun is used.
⇒
Ensure spot weld is selected in AUX 0605-1.

ERROR CODE E1046 Too short distance between start point and end point.
(sensing function)
In a work sensing step, the final end point determined by overrun distance could not be
defined because the end point and start point are too close together.

Teach the start point far enough from the end point so the final end point can be
defined

ERROR CODE E1047 Axis number is not for conveyor follow mode.
Main causes include:
1. Setting the conveyor to the same axis number that is assigned to the traverse axis.
2. Changing settings in a specific conveyor tracking mode while in conveyor follow
mode.

Set the correct axis number for the conveyor ais using the ZCVAXIS command
.
⇒
Change to the conveyor tracking mode if the robot does have a traverse unit.

ERROR CODE E1048 Offset data of zeroing is illegal value.
When robot data is loaded the default value of zeroing offset for all axes is 0.

Confirm the loaded data is correct.

ERROR CODE E1049 Current position is out of specified area.
(Option)
Current values of the robot are not in the specified area at the start of repeat operation.

Set CHGMOVE to OFF

Move the robot inside of the specified area in teach mode.
