ERROR CODE E6502 Arc failure.
The signal (current detection: WCR) that indicates the robot is executing the weld was
not returned from the weld controller/timer within 1 second, or less, after welding
started.
Main causes include:
1. Arc is not generated when welding starts.
2. Arc generation is interrupted for 1, or more, seconds during welding.
⇒
Check for insulating debris that prevents welding, clear debris as necessary.
⇒
Confirm that adequate supply of wire is available.
⇒
Confirm that wire is not stuck to the welding tip.
⇒
Check weld controller/timer and cables, repair/replace as necessary.

ERROR CODE E6503 Wire stuck.
Main causes include:
1. Welding and crater fill are completed and the arc is set OFF, but a weld stuck detec-

2. The wire is stuck to the base metal at weld completion.
⇒
Cut the wire and re-execute weld.
⇒
Change weld conditions if problem occurs frequently.
