ERROR CODE E6522 Laser sensor cannot detect welding joint.
Main causes include:
1. The laser sensor unable to find a groove.
2. The laser sensor detects a groove that does not match the specified groove number
data.
3. The laser sensor controller EMERGENCY STOP switch is pressed.
4. Incorrect laser sensor settings or defective laser sensor.

Re-teach the groove data

Ensure the correct groove number is specified.
⇒
Release the laser sensor controller EMERGENCY STOP switch.
⇒
Refer to the laser sensor operation manual and ensure correct set-up and operation
procedures are used.

ERROR CODE E6523 Calibration data between torch and camera is not ready.
Calibration data is not set (LTCALIB command).

Set the calibration data using the LTCALIB command

ERROR CODE E6524 Error in data calculated using laser sensor.
Processing based on laser sensor data could not be calculated.

Readjust the laser sensor so 80 percent or more of grooves are correctly detected
.

If the error cannot be reset after laser sensor readjustment, contact KRI customer
service.

ERROR CODE E6525 Cannot detect weld joint, laser sensor tracking set already.
Main causes include:
1. A PC program executes a function, such as LSEN, during execution of a program
using a laser sensor.
2. During execution of a function, such as the LSEN, a program using a laser sensor is
executed.

Correct program data so the laser sensor is not used by two instructions at the same
time
