ERROR CODE P0162 Cannot modify position data in this instruction.
During modifying an AS Language program from the teach screen, pose data is modi-
fied at a step with a non-positional command/instruction.
Example: Trying to modify pose data, at a step with “DELAY 1” recorded, returns an
error.

Pose data can only be modified for AS Language program steps containing move
instructions (JMOVE, LMOVE, etc.).

ERROR CODE P1000 Cannot execute program because motor power is OFF.
Program will not start because motor power is not ON.

Set motor power ON.
⇒
Select repeat mode.
⇒
Set teach lock OFF.
⇒
Re-execute program.

ERROR CODE P1001 Cannot execute program in TEACH mode.
Programs cannot run in teach mode.

Ensure that the controller is in REPEAT mode.
⇒
Defective TEACH/REPEAT switch.
⇒
Defective 1KA board.

ERROR CODE P1002 Cannot execute program because teach lock is ON.
Programs cannot run with the teach lock in the ON position.

Set the TEACH LOCK switch OFF and execute the program again in repeat mode.
