(14)CH Set value (SV) setting (Un\G34, Un\G66, Un\G98, Un\G130)
Set the target temperature value of PID control.
(a) Setting range
The setting range is identical to the temperature measurement range of the set input range. ( Page 96,
Section 3.4.2 (12))
When a value which is out of the setting range is set, a write data error (error code: 4
H
) and the following
situations occur.
Write error flag (Xn2) turns on.
The error code is stored in Write data error code (Un\G0).
(b) Setting unit
The value to be set differs depending on the stored value in CH Decimal point position (Un\G1 to Un\G4).

No decimal place (0): Set a value in 1°C ( or digit) unit.
One decimal place (1): Set a value in 0.1°C ( ) unit (tenfold value).
(c) Default value
The default values are set to 0 in all channels.
