7-4 Switching Commands
Status The status of this entry. The meanings of the values are:
Static The value of the corresponding instance was added by the
system or a user and cannot be relearned.
Learned The value of the corresponding instance was learned,
and is being used.
Management The value of the corresponding instance is also the
value of an existing instance of dot1d Static Address. Currently
this is used when enabling VLANs for routing.
Self The value of the corresponding instance is the system’s own
MAC address.
GMRP Learned The value of the corresponding instance was
learned via GMRP.
Other The value of the corresponding instance does not fall into
one of the other categories.
show stats port detailed
This command displays detailed statistics for a specific port.
Format show stats port detailed <slot.port>
Packets Received Octets Received - The total number of octets of data (including
those in bad packets) received on the network (excluding framing
bits but including FCS octets). This object can be used as a rea-
sonable estimate of ethernet utilization. If greater precision is
desired, the etherStatsPkts and etherStatsOctets objects should be
sampled before and after a common interval. The result of this
equation is the value Utilization which is the percent utilization of
the ethernet segment on a scale of 0 to 100 percent.
Packets Received < 64 Octets - The total number of packets
(including bad packets) received that were < 64 octets in length
(excluding framing bits but including FCS octets).
Packets Received 64 Octets - The total number of packets
(including bad packets) received that were 64 octets in length
(excluding framing bits but including FCS octets).
Packets Received 65-127 Octets - The total number of packets
(including bad packets) received that were between 65 and 127
octets in length inclusive (excluding framing bits but including
FCS octets).
