The mouse cable
connector is loose or
improperly connected, or
the mouse is defective.
Check the connection from
mouse cable to the system. If
the problem persists, try
another mouse, or see
"Getting Help" on page 165.
Fatal Error caused
a system reset:

A fatal system error

Check the SEL for
information that was logged
during the error. See the
applicable troubleshooting
