How to disconnect from the internet
Do the following to disconnect from the internet. This operation disconnects all service
types (Standard IP Packet, Streaming IP packet).
1. At the idle screen, press the key to open the [Web top] menu.
2. Press the 5 key to select [Std. IP]. The following screen appears.
3. Press S to choose [Yes], and press the Enter key. While disconnecting, the mes-
sage "Disconnect..." appears and the message "Completed." appears when dis-
connection is completed.
4. Press the Enter key.
5. Press T to select [OK], and press the Enter key.
6. Press the key to close the menu. The idle screen now displays "D: Not con-
nected".
2.4.2 How to view a web page
There are four ways to view a web page:
• Direct input of URL
• Use Input history
• Select URL from Favorites
• Use last-displayed URL
Confirm that the idle screen shows "D: Connected" then do the procedure shown be-
low. If "D: Not connected" (or “D: No permission”) appears an error message appears
and the web page is blank.
