System Status Screen
On the navigation tree, click Status > System. The System Status screen appears:
This screen is divided into two sections. The upper portion of the screen provides important “at a
glance” information to help you quickly determine whether the IN-tact 1101 and its associated
terminals are up and operating correctly. The lower portion of the screen provides reference
information about the firmware currently loaded and running on IN-tact 1101. You can use this
information to check against the Hypercom web site to see if a newer version of firmware is
available. New firmware can be installed by using the File Management function in Control Panel.
Click Refresh as needed to update the status information on the screen.
