To delete a mailbox
1 Select the MAILBOX in the FAX
REGISTRATION menu.
For details, refer to page 7-27.
2 Using the 10-key pad, enter the
number of the mailbox that you wish
to delete.
3 Press the [No/C] key.
A screen appears, allowing you to
enter the mailbox ID.
4 Using the 10-key pad, enter the 4-
digit mailbox ID, and then press the
[Yes] key.
– If you wish to change the ID,
press the [No/C] key, and then enter the new number.
The specified mailbox is deleted.
5 Press the [Panel Reset] key.
The main screen appears again.
