To cancel memory reception
Memory reception is automatically canceled at the specified ending time,
and the received documents are printed. If no ending time has been set or if
you wish to cancel memory reception before the ending time, follow the pro-
cedure described below.
1 Select the MEMORY RX MODE in
the RX OPERATION menu.
For details, refer to page 7-63.
2 Using the [*] and [)] keys, select
“OFF”, and then press the [Yes] key.
– If a password was specified, con-
tinue with step 4.
– If a password was not specified, all received documents stored in
the memory are printed, and the RX OPERATION menu appears
again.
3 Using the 10-key pad, enter the 4-
digit password, and then press the
[Yes] key.

memory are printed, and the RX OPERATION menu appears again.
Specifying NO. of RINGS
1 Select the NO. of RINGS in the RX
OPERATION menu.
For details, refer to page 7-63.
2 Using the 10-key pad, enter the de-
sired number of rings, and then press
the [Yes] key.
– The number of rings can be set
between 1 and 16.
The RX OPERATION menu appears again.
