7.11 Initial user data settings
From the INITIAL USER DATA menu, various functions are available for spec-
ifying the machine’s user data.
Selecting the INITIAL USER DATA menu
1 Press the [Utility] key eleven times.
INITIAL USER DATA appears.
2 From the 10-key pad, press the key
([1] through [3]) for the initial user
data function that you wish to set.
The initial user data functions are as
follows:
1 DATE&TIME
2 USER FAX NO.
3 USER NAME

Note
If, at any time, you wish to quit setting/changing a initial user data func-
tion, press the [No/C] key. When the message STOP SETTING? appears,
press the [Yes] key to quit.

1 DATE&TIME The date and time for the machine can be specified.
2 USER FAX NO. The fax number for the machine can be specified.
3 USER NAME The fax name for the machine can be specified.
