Message Confirmation
This report shows the fax number, the number of pages,
elapsed time of the operation, the communication mode, and
the communication results.
You can set up your FaxCentre to print the message
confirmation report in one of the following ways:
Ø Automatically after each transmission (ON).
Ø Automatically only if an error occurs during transmission
(ERR).
Ø No report printed at all (OFF). You can print this report
manually at any time you want.
Printing a Report
Ø Press [Menu/Exit] and then repeatedly until
‘5:REPORTS’ appears on the display, then press [Enter].
Ø Press the or navigation keys repeatedly until the
required report is displayed on the lower line.
The reports are:
• PHONE BOOK: Phone book Report
• TX REPORT: Transmission Journal
• RX REPORT: Reception Journal
• HELP LIST: Help Report
• SYSTEM DATA: System Data Report
• MSG CONFIRM: Message Confirmation
• SCHEDULED JOB: Shows currently stored document.
Ø Press [Enter]. The selected report prints out.
