Clearing Memory
You can selectively clear information stored in your
FaxCentre’s memory.
Ø Press [Menu/Exit] and then repeatedly until
‘8:MEMORY CLEAR’ appears on the display, then press
[Enter].
Ø Press the or navigation keys repeatedly until you
see the item you want to clear.
• MACHINE ID: your fax number and name are cleared
from the FaxCentre’s memory.
• MACHINE SETUP: restores all the user-selectable
options to the factory default.
• PHONEBOOK: clears the speed dial or group dial
numbers stored in the memory.
• TX-RX REPORT: clears all records of transmissions and
receptions.
Ø Press [Enter]. The selected memory is cleared, and the
display asks you to continue clearing the next item.
Ø Repeat the steps to clear another item.
Or
To exit and return to Standby mode, press [Stop/Clear].
