Ø To Enter AM or PM for 12-hour format, press or .
‘END TIME’ is displayed on the lower line.
Ø Press [Enter] when the time and date on the display is
correct.
Ø Using the same procedure used for START TIME, enter the
correct end date and time using the numeric keypad.
Ø Choose YES to print the forwarded fax at the local machine
as well as at the remote machine or NO to print the fax at
the remote machine only, then press [Enter].
Setting up TX FORWARD
Ø Press [Menu/Exit] and then repeatedly until ‘3:FAX
FEATURE’ appears on the display, then press [Enter].
Ø Press the or navigation keys repeatedly until ’
TX
FORWARD
’ is displayed on the lower line, then press
[Enter].
Ø Press the or navigation key to display ON on the lower
line, then press [Enter].
Ø Enter the number of the remote machine using the number
keypad.
Ø Choose YES to enter a different number or NO to retain the
existing number, then press [Enter].
If you entered YES then repeat the previous step.
