Fax
Receiving Manually in TEL Mode
Ø Press [Menu/Exit] and then repeatedly until ‘7:FAX
SETUP’ appears on the display, then press [Enter].
Ø Press the or navigation keys repeatedly until
’RECEIVE MODE’ is displayed on the lower line, then press
[Enter].
Ø Press the or navigation keys repeatedly until ’‘TEL’
is displayed on the lower line, then press [Enter].
Ø When the ringer sounds, press [Manual Dial].
Ø If you hear a fax tone, press [Start]. The FaxCentre begins
receiving a fax.
Receiving Fax in Memory
Since your FaxCentre is a multitasking device, it can receive
faxes while you are making copies or printing. If you receive a
fax while you are copying or printing, your FaxCentre stores the
incoming fax in memory. Then, as soon as you finish copying
or printing, the FaxCentre automatically prints the fax.
